Products

All displays are handmade and hand-painted. Small variations in colour, texture and detail are a natural part of handmade work and make each piece unique. Product photography is representative: your piece will be built to the same design but will not be identical to the photographs.

Made to order

Items are produced after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 15 days for production, inspection and packing before dispatch. If anything is likely to take longer we will email you.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD and include standard worldwide shipping and all import duties. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment completes.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we will contact you before charging you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Order cancellation

You can cancel a standard order free of charge at any point before it enters production. Once production has started, see our Return & Refund Policy. Custom orders cannot normally be cancelled after production begins.

We may cancel and fully refund an order if the item cannot be produced, if we cannot ship to your location, or if we suspect fraud.

Custom orders

Custom miniature scenes are discussed and confirmed with you before production, including size, layout, lighting, details and final pricing. No payment is taken until you approve the quote. You can start a request on Instagram or by email.

Product care and safety

Displays are decorative collectibles, not toys, and are not suitable for children under 14. Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. The LED lighting is low voltage: please do not modify the wiring.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text and designs on this site belong to Leave in CS and may not be reproduced without permission.

Fan-made artwork

Our displays are independent, fan-inspired artwork. Leave in CS is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve Corporation, and our products are not official merchandise.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date you place your order is the version that applies to it.
