Every custom project begins with a conversation and a quote. No fixed-price purchase is taken before the design and feasibility are confirmed.

    Discuss the design

    We review the request, materials and whether the scene is practical to produce.

    Receive a quote

    A price is provided only after the scope is clear.

    Confirm and pay

    Payment is requested after you approve the agreed direction and quote.

    Production begins

    The custom scene enters handmade production.

    Dispatch and tracking

    Tracking is sent after inspection, packing and shipment.
