Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the outer package, photos of the internal protective packaging, and clear photos or a short video showing the item damage. We will review the evidence and offer an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund solution.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for a ready-made display that is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Contact us for approval before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Custom Orders
Custom miniature scenes are made specifically for you. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded except for verified damage in transit or a defect. We confirm the design plan before production begins.
Approved Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, any approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
How to Start a Return
Email giftsmithart@gmail.com or message Leave in CS on Instagram. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the reason for the request, and supporting photos or video. Do not ship the item back until you receive return approval and instructions.
