Each display is handmade and prepared with care. Please allow approximately 15 days for production, inspection, and packing before shipment.

Remote or unsupported destinations may require shipping confirmation before dispatch. This includes some remote islands, military addresses, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and extremely remote postal codes.
International Shipping
Estimated transit time begins after the order has been completed and dispatched. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local conditions. Tracking is provided after shipment.
Customs and Import Charges
Import duties are included only where the selected shipping service specifically provides tax-inclusive delivery. Remote or unsupported destinations may require confirmation before dispatch.
Packaging and Shipping Damage
Each display is carefully packed for international transit. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and include your order number, photos of the outer package and internal protective packaging, and clear photos or a short video of the damage. We will review the evidence and offer an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund solution.
Delivery Delays
Carrier, customs, weather, security, and remote-area delays can occur after dispatch. Contact us with your order number if tracking has not updated for an unusual period.
