Standard-design made-to-order displays
Standard-design made-to-order displays may be returned within the published return period if unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, subject to this public return policy and applicable law.
Personalised custom orders
Personalised custom orders cannot normally be cancelled or returned after production begins unless damaged, defective or required by applicable consumer law.
Damage in transit
Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the outer package, photos of the internal packaging and photos of the damaged item.
Standard outbound shipping is included in the product price and is not listed as a separate refundable charge.
